A pre-wedding celebration where turmeric paste (Haldi) is applied to the bride and groom as a blessing for prosperity. Devgon is a traditional Kashmiri prayer where the bride is doned in new clothes and jewellery.

The wedding ceremony aka Lagan is the sacred Hindu wedding ceremony where the bride and groom are married through traditional rituals around the holy fire, formally uniting them in marriage.

The wedding party will be staying at the Aloft Hotel for ease of access to the venue. We have arranged a discount code "W14" for Aloft Hotel for our guests. Be sure to enter this discount code to lock in the rates as soon as possible. BTS (the Korean boy band) is having a concert the same weekend as our wedding, so accommodation is quite limited.

Flying In

We recommend flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). It’s the closest major airport with the best international and domestic connections.
If you’re coming from within Canada or nearby cities, Billy Bishop Airport (YTZ) is also a convenient option.
